A holistic grief and loss coach using The Adult Chair® model in my coaching and consulting practice.
With over 30 years of experience as a Pediatric Home Care Nurse and former Funeral Director, I bring a deeply compassionate and grounded perspective to emotional healing, grief processing, and personal transformation.
As a Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach, I guide individuals in breaking the emotional cycles that keep them stuck in patterns of grief, adversity, and overwhelm.
My work supports people navigating life’s most difficult experiences, including loss, trauma, caregiving stress, and major life transitions.
Through neuroscience-informed tools, emotional awareness practices, and practical mindset strategies, I help you move from reacting to life’s challenges toward responding with clarity, self-awareness, and emotional balance.
